Step 1

We spend a serious amount of time diving deep into your business, looking at your market, your past clients, who your ideal buyers and sellers are, and what’s working for you now. And most importantly, we’ll get to know YOU (and your team if you have one).
We then determine the right approach based on the data we’ve collected. You might be a part of our Real Estate Agent Success Plan or another one of our services. Whichever service you choose, every action is intentional to maximize the number of buyers’ and sellers’ eyeballs on your content.
Step 2
Then you’ll have a complete plan with detailed steps on the approach we’ll take. This is when the execution begins: social media posts, blog articles written, whatever we’ve decided you need.

If you’ve ever planned anything, you know there are obstacles. Sometimes it’s the market, sometimes it’s inventory, etc. Based on the data we see, we’ll adjust where needed.
This is also the time to double down on what’s working well and what we might need to scrap. Either way, we let the facts tell the story.
